What are your Fees?
I offer both Private Pay fees between $125 and $200 per session, depending on financial ability. I also offer limited sliding fee scale rates as low as $70 on an as needed basis.
Do you take Insurance?
I currently accept the following insurances:
Cigna, UHC, Aetna, and Lyra EAP
What Payments do you Accept?
I accept all major credit/debit cards and HSA/FSA cards.
What to Expect?

I offer free 15 minute phone consultations where we will discuss your needs and what you are looking to get from therapy to determine if we are a good fit. If it is a good fit, we will proceed with scheduling your first session.

The first few sessions will include an overview of the intake paperwork and an intake assessment that will help us get to know each other and help me learn a bit more about your background and experiences so that we can formulate a collaborative plan for treatment moving forward.

Therapy is different for everyone, and so the time in which you will be in therapy will also depend on what is going on for you specifically and what your treatment goals are. For some people, therapy can last for as little as 6-12 sessions, where others might take a year or more. The frequency at which we meet, usually weekly or bi-weekly to start, will depend on your needs and goals.
